This highly reliable ironer coil spring is available in either a stainless steel or galvanized version. We will manufacture either type of coil spring to suit the customer's ironers. In an effort to achieve utmost quality, materials are heat processed in San-Ai's special electric heat treatment furnace. Rigid quality control is applied throughout the manufacturing process by hardness inspections, spring endurance tests, spring force tests, etc.
