● (1)A zigzagged base band firmly fastens the coil spring, thus prevents the spring from being slided out of position by being pulled.
● (2)With the perforations at the base band of "TECHNO-PRESS", it has optimum drying efficiency (bresthes well).
● (3)Making use of its perforation, you can wind TECHNO-PRESS spring with strong tension on the roll. Thus you can be free from almost all of the troubles expected to arise after its winding.

New riveting system prevents a single spring from being left at the end of a row.

Our special riveting tool and rivet can connect two separate springs easily and firmly.
This is economical because if when all the springs in a row have been wound, a single spring is left on its own, it canbe connected to another spring. This will not present any problems in the ironer but will simplify stocks. And the springs connected in this way can pass through our winders - this means the spring can be installed to the ironer roll with appropriate tension.
